Okay, so I have been journaling. I even created a Facebook Group called the Journaling Junkies. We meet each Thursday Morning via Zoom at 11 am EST to journal, chat and create pretties.
I would like to bring my readers into journaling as well.
Nothing too over the top, and no, you don't have to sit down every day and write out the woes of the world and why your soul bleeds each day for the injustices of the universe.
I like simple.
I would like you to take this week and tell us what you're grateful for in your life.
Stop panicking. Jeepers!
Let me show you what I have.
This is pretty simple. You can download, print and stick this in your planner. Each day, pick one thing you are grateful for in your life.
Now, the second sheet, yea, you will need to write a little. At the end of the week, look back over the things you are grateful for in your life, and list five of the best items, then write why. Also, you have a cute list of the things you accomplished this week.
The best thing is, you can print as many of these as you like. I'm good with it.
